Communication inverter is a new generation of dual-input inverter solution designed for communication applications, which is suitable for the high-reliability power supply requirements of communication systems.
It is a device that converts 220V power frequency AC power into a regulated output DC voltage. The inverter power supply specially designed for post and telecommunications systems needs to undergo four steps of voltage transformation, rectification, filtering, and stabilization.
Communication dedicated inverters can be equipped with control module options and/or maintenance bypass switches. The real-time monitoring status information of the monitoring controller can be displayed on the LCD/LED comprehensive information display screen, and the system parameters can be set with the help of the button panel. In addition, users can also remotely monitor and control the system through the communication interface.
Rectifier filter circuit: The rectifier circuit converts the AC voltage Ui into a pulsating DC voltage, and then filters the larger ripple component through the filter circuit, and outputs a DC voltage with a smaller ripple. Bridge rectifier filtering, etc.
Power transformer: a step-down transformer, which converts the 220V AC voltage of the grid into an AC voltage that meets the needs and sends it to the rectifier circuit(uses of the step-down transformer). The transformation ratio of the transformer is determined by the secondary voltage of the transformer.
Voltage stabilizing circuit: The function of the stabilizing circuit is to stabilize the output DC voltage, which does not change with changes in AC grid voltage and load. Commonly used integrated voltage regulators are fixed, three-terminal regulators, and adjustable three-terminal regulators.
Filter circuit: It can filter out most of the AC components in the output voltage of the rectifier circuit to obtain a relatively smooth DC voltage. Each filter capacitor C satisfies RL-C=3~5T/2 or where T is the input AC signal cycle. RL is the equivalent load resistance of the rectifier filter circuit.
Communication inverters are suitable for small and medium computers, data exchanges, telegraph terminals, wireless paging equipment, microwave communication equipment, program-controlled exchanges, background management systems, monitoring control systems, telephone systems, packet switching systems, and billing systems that require stability, Reliable sine wave power supply equipment.
